The whole team in a few minutes
The easiest way is to paste one link in the company chat - everyone signs up with a name and email. You can also add people from a list: in a form or from a CSV file, up to 300 at once and up to 1000 in one draw. Each person gets an invitation with a personal link, with no codes to copy.
Invitations go out at the time you choose, e.g. Monday at 9:00 rather than Friday evening.
Exclusions and department groups
At work, someone often shouldn't draw a specific person: couples who give each other gifts anyway, or members of one team. Before the start you add excluded pairs or groups - people in one group won't draw each other. yay.gift checks that the draw is possible with these rules before it starts.
A budget nobody feels awkward about
You set the amount range and everyone suggests an amount within it, without seeing what colleagues picked. The median wins, so neither the most generous nor the most modest person sets the budget. Everyone gets the result by email.
Large groups and people who don't reply
- Start threshold: the draw starts at the chosen time once e.g. 80% have confirmed; the rest don't take part and you get an email with their names.
- Automatic reminders for those who haven't spun, plus a "Remind now" button.
- A "Who has spun" list without revealing matches.
- Dropping out after the start doesn't break the draw: a volunteer or the system takes over the gift.
How much an office draw costs
Your first Secret Spin and small draws are free, and larger groups pay once per draw. The price depends on the number of people and is shown in the panel before the start; online payment is only needed to start the draw. No subscription and no fees for participants.
